We scoured our barrel stock to find some Ethan Billy 1783 barrels aged 2.5 years with nice caramel qualities. Next, we looked for some chocolate-forward-tasting Ethereal Mound barrels aged 2.5 years. Finally, we chose a couple just straight-up fire Quadruple Flowers barrels with two years of aging time. When the blend was just right, we got some Mexican Cocoa Nibs, Toasted Coconut, and Macaroon-cut Coconut, and – Voila! – Samoa Cookie in a bottle. Of course, we will always support our local troop when we hear the call. But until that time comes once again, we can appease the cookie cravings with this beautiful, scrumptious little treat.
