We brewed this rustic lager for the changing of the seasons with a base of Rabbit Hill Malthouse farmhouse pilsner and 20% rye. Hopped in the kettle generously with Tettnang and Centennial for a lil old school/new school action.
Notes of lightly toasted sourdough bread, dried herbs, wildflower honey, citrus marmalade, rustic spice, and oolong tea. Unfiltered and un-fined.

Log Jammin V: goldish with white head. aroma is spicy, grassy rye. Has a very real hit to it. Rye is very nicely expressed. Good aftertaste.
