Based around a traditional Belgium Witbier, with a twist! Infused with Coriander seeds, Orange zest and Hibiscus flowers resulting in a vibrant pink/red beer. Although the higher percentage of the grist is wheat, and the Belgium yeast used delivers clove and peppery notes, the real dominant flavour at the forefront is from the hibiscus. The orange peel used alongside in conditioning pairs fantastically with the hibiscus make a super light refreshing beer!

Can at the Organ Grinder, Lincoln. Deep purple colour with a pale pink head. Aroma and taste are fruity berry and herbal, some tart berry, with orange and light spice. Some dryness to finish. Medium body.
