This year’s Double Barrel Angels spent eleven months in @buffalotracedistillery barrels — originally used to age maple syrup from @bissellmaplefarm in Ohio — then was transferred to Dad’s Hat rye barrels for an additional ten months.

8 oz draft. Aroma is rye whiskey and soft maple. Flavor is oak, soft maple, and a note of roast. Essence of vanilla. Rye whiskey cuts all the sweetness. Booze is here but restrained. Just lovely!
