On tap at altered genius. Slight haze on pale. Barely any nose but some apple in there. Taste is very laid back and controlled for a dry cider, no sweetness. Very little co2. The middle is mild and still enjoyably dry. Nice to have a cider without unfermented sugar int here. Very little if any residual ill cider effects. I liked this, good job!
