Issue de la série Popihn Sauvages. Assemblage de plusieurs barriques de fermentation ouverte de 4 et 3 ans d'élevage sans ouillage. L'équipe de la brasserie a ensuite laissé macérer les marcs de pineau d'Aunis pendant une semaine.

Ruby colour, not much head. Berryish, sweet vanilla like notes. Medium-bodied. Berryish, tart, balanced. Well-brewed.

Red hazy colour with minor head. Aroma is red berries, some toffee, fruity and mild raspberry tartness. Flavour is raspberries, toffee, tartness and mild wood to it. Slightly acidic too.
