Bramble is brewed with our base hazy IPA recipe for a full and fluffy mouthfeel and then hopped with New Zealand Motueka. It’s soured during fermentation and conditioned on tons of raspberry puree and fresh Madagascar vanilla beans. The result is a fruity sour ale with a creamy and full mouthfeel and just enough sweetness from the vanilla. Notes of fruity gummy candies and raspberry pastries.
