Our Nebula series of hazy IPAs highlights single hop expressions, layering an individual hop varietal's unique character over a soft, sessionable base. Healthy doses of oats and wheat smooth out the sweet malt backbone, while a double dry-hop schedule amplifies the bright aromas of our chosen hop.

In addition to traditional T90 pellets showcasing Nelson Sauvin's characteristic gooseberry, sauvignon blanc, and lemon verbena character, this batch includes two very special blends from New Zealand’s Freestyle Hops:

Kohia Nelson – A blend of Nelson Sauvin and dried passion fruit, which adds a tropical richness to the body.

Maui Nelson – Combines a Subzero Hopkief base with dried pineapple, which provides a bright, fruity note in the background.
