Holy cow...these pretzels were making us THIRSTY! So we got together with our day ones at Maplewood Brewery and made this delightfully delicious New England Style India Pale Ale. Bursting with white wine notes, citrus aroma, and serious tropical, stone fruit essence. Thanks to our boys at Maplewood for getting down on this collaboration with us!

This beer is a hazy orange-gold color with a thin white head that evaporates steadily to an outer ring. Short strings of lace. Aroma of floral hops, tropical fruit and malt. Light to medium body with flavors of floral hop, tropical and stone fruits, and bready malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a fruity hop aftertaste. Pretty good overall.
