Brewed in celebration of IWD 2025 with support from Barth Haas X and in collaboration with The Malt Miller and IWCBD.
Shimmy Up is a festively thick and juicy 'mountain' style DIPA - combining the best of both coasts into one luxuriously hedonistic beer. Taking its intense tropical nose and sticky sweet fruit aromas from lashings of Krush hops used in the Whirlpool and FV. A thick body contributes to a long finish seasoned with a generous bitterness hinting at West Coast inspirations glowing bright amber in the glass.
Ingredients/allergens: Water, Malted Barley, Wheat, Hops, Yeast.

On tap at The Green Goddess, Blackheath Royal Standard. Nose is mango, sweet citrus, pineapple. Taste is apricot, mango, tangerine, grapefruit. Juicy fruit laden aftertaste. Very flavoursome westy.
