A warm weather crusher, reminding us all of some of our favorite classic Pale Ales. Starting with a simple blend of our house base malts and a touch of caramel malt, this beer pours a light amber color with brilliant clarity. In the kettle, a small bittering charge of Centennial before hitting it heavy with Cascade. A careful blend of Cascade lots to bring in those familiar aromas and flavors of pine and bright pulpy lemonade citrus, balancing out with a slight malty sweetness.
