330ml bottle at the Bottle Shop, Old Quarter, Hanoi. Poured a mostly clear yellow golden colour with a thin broken white head and lots of bubbles. The aroma is herbal, sweet apple. The flavour is over moderate sweet, with a crisp, juicy tart apple, light yeasty, light floral palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.
