Draft at the Hanoi taproom. Poured a murky dark brown colour with a lasting frothy tan head. The aroma is roasty, light caramel. The flavour is moderate sweet and liquorice bitter, with a smooth, roasty, somewhat light, earthy, light caramel, liquorice bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation.
