The more familiar gospel of the Pacific Northwest. Brewed with Citra, Citra Spectrum, and Simcoe Hyperboost (@yakimachief @haas_hops ). Church leans into plush mango, ripe orange, peach rings, and that soft piney dankness Simcoe’s known for. Saturated, juicy, and clean-like a sermon in fruit form.

473ml can. Pours a cloudy yellow with a small, foamy, long lasting, white head that laces nicely. Sweet fruity aroma of pale malt, orange, peach, earthy yeast and floral hops. Sweet fruity flavour of pale malt, grapefruit, apricot, pineapple, earthy yeast and pine resin in a dry, mild bitter finish. Medium body with an oily texture and average to soft carbonation. Juicy and delicious.

Poured from 473mL can (side by side w/Separation of Skate). Murky pale blonde with full white head. Dry subdued floral and citrus hops, quite yeasty, average.

Aroma: tropical fruits, flowery, peachy, quite different from the Skate version.
Taste: along the same lines, flowery, a bit citrusy.
Overall: interesting and quite unique.
