Doppelbocks were traditionally brewed to be lagered during wintertime for enjoyment during the season of Lent. "Hermann-ator" is richly colorful with a lovely contrasting off-white head. It is deceptively drinkable with luscious bold flavors of dark fruit, melanoidins, and toasted bread derived from the generous use of Munich malt.
