De elfde editie van het sterke 'levenswater' is volgepropt met drie hopsoorten: Nectaron, Simcoe en Idaho-7. Een heerlijke tropische ervaring, vol met de smaak van rijp fruit. Vers is het lekkerst!

(Draught at Walhalla Taproom, Amsterdam, 16 Aug 2025) Cloudy yellow colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of citrus, grapefruit, lemon, pineapple and passionfruit. Fruity, hoppy taste with citrus, tropical fruit, orange, mango, passionfruit, pineapple, white bread and a mild citric/herbal bitterness. More than medium body, with a certain sweetness. Fresh and juicy. Very nice.

Can on the balcony of the Fort Suite, Little Good Harbour, Barbados, 16th August 2025. Pours with a light haze. Aroma is tropical and citrus, taste is sweet, citrus, some tropical fruits. Overall it’s alright, far from Walhallas normal standard sadly

Can shared by Joes. Pale yellow color, a bit hazy, white head. Aroma and flavor are malts, hops, light grass notes, grassy bitters, but something odd is in there definitely. Not bad but also not great.

0.44 l can from 'Mr. Hop', best before February 2026. Very hazy, pale brownish yellow with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, rather fruity-floral, slightly dank aroma of passion fruit, pineapple, some mango and a touch of peach. Gently sweet, moderately bitter, rather fruity-floral, quite juicy and a bit dank taste of passion fruit, mango, pineapple and some peach, followed by a short, moderately bitter finish. Medium body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Tasty DIPA, but not up to Walhalla's best, already looks oxidized.
