Brewed like a Pilsner, hopped like an IPA, Slow Start began with the finest German Pilsner malt for a delicate and clean malt profile. It was then hopped in the kettle with Idaho grown Elani hops for a mild and flowery tropical hop flavor, fermented cold and slow with our Philadelphia yeast strain, and dry hopped thoughtfully with Simcoe and Amarillo, adding just enough strawberry and dusty hop goodness to uplift the aroma and grab your attention.

Draught at source: pours gold with white head. Aroma is WC but not as intensely as other exemplars of the genre. Citrusy and grassy. Crisp and clean.
