In the last decade or so Mosaic has become a quintessential juicy NEIPA hop. Bold, beautiful and multi faceted, here Mosaic has been added in every stage of the brew, from the whirlpool to the dry hop. Welcoming fresh pine and citrus, gradually gives way to pulpy mango and blueberry. Mosaic? Completed it Mate.
