Starting with an American wheat beer base, we loaded her up with 176 lbs of fruit, and then let her rip. The results exceeded expectations. Passionfruit pops you in the nose with tropical fruit acidity, while prickly pear takes the wheel on the tongue, steering us through earthy fruit notes and floral character, all supported by 275 lbs of fluffy wheat that won’t let you forget she’s not juice.

Dark orange with a large white head that left great lacing. Dry and tart with passion fruit and cactus notes. Medium finish and body.
