Using the solera method, it carries echoes of past releases while a final dry-hop before packaging amplifies its bright citrus aroma, balancing soft funk and oak. Light yet deeply complex, Chronos proves that time is the most essential ingredient of all.

473mL can, pours a mostly clear bright golden with a small white head. Nose is dominated by funky brett, which has overtaken any hop-forwardness this has, but that’s OK given how nice the brett is. Flavour is much the same, with a lovely brett character that dominates; again, not much in the way of hop expression, though it is dry and lightly bitter on the finish. Very nice brett bomb. Nice to see a brewery still trying in BC.
