Light biscuit flavours and orange zest notes work in harmony to create a wonderfully refreshing and sessionable cask beer for the summer.

Draft at Southwark Tavern in London. Medium gold pour. Small white head. Citrus aroma is mild. Flavor is light citrus, biscuity malt. Light bodied. Clean and refreshing. Brief finish.

Cask at sole bay Inn Southwold. A clear pale gold with a halo of off white head. Aroma is delicate floral notes elderflower, straw, herbal, clove. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, rustic pale bready malts, herbal beligian notes, chamomile,. Little bit odd. Palate us semi crisp, light grains, decent cask condition.

15/6/2025. Cask at The Greyhound, Ipswich. Nice to find something different on here apart from regular Adnams. A herbal floral brew. Summery. Not bad.
