Brewed to mark the opening of our Edinburgh bar, Vessel, this celebratory fizz made with red & white grape juice and lager malt makes a delicious rose style sour beer. Equally elegant when sipped from your finest Champagne flute, or swigged straight from the can.

Can from Appellation Wines. Pours like fizzy rose wine with a short-lived head. Aromas are biscuit and tangy sour grape.
Taste is more of the same. Lovely balance to the tangy side and the malt.

Can from Appellation Wines.
Appearance - a deep rose wine colour. Steady bubbles and a quickly disappearing head.
Nose - tangy sour grapes with a biscuit underlay.
Taste - more of the same, can get the malt base as well as the fresh acidic grape juice.
Palate - light bodied with persistent as acidity and great linger with the combo of fizz and acidity.
Overall - well perceived and executed.
