Our Maibock is a traditionally brewed rendition of the style. A layering of Pilsner, Light Munich, and Vienna malts. Medium bodied, brilliantly clear, and light copper colored with a light toasty quality. German noble hops provide a delicate background of floral/spice character. Cold conditioned for over 2 months, coming in at 7.1% ABV

Log Jammin V: pour is dark gold with white head. Hefty herbs and and malts in the nose. Light bitterness. Herbal. Ample sweetness.
