Irish Cream Stout matured with Oak and Vanilla. A lot of vanilla character! Sweet, creamy, delicious. My end goal for the recipe is to try to make a beer that tastes like Bailey's.

Draught at source: pours black with beige head. Aroma is vanilla and chocolate. fairly sweet. Loads of vanilla. Low bitterness.
