Our first experimental beer, this is a modified Belgian styled Wit beer, aged with lavender buds. Herbal, floral, aromatic, not sweet, not bitter. Very limited release.

Draught at source: gold with white head. Aroma is floral and a little yeasty. Mellow and fairly pleasant.
