This is our first core beer. The aim was a session banger. A citrusy, juicy pale dry hopped with a 50/50 split of Citra & Mosaic. We think it's come out pretty damn well!

Train beer thanks to me. Hazy pale. Thin foamy white head. Aroma has tart citrus with malty hints. Flavourwise it has prickly tart citrus. Light fruit. Underlying malts. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-average carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Enjoyable prickly stuff.

Can on the 1604 Portchester - Southampton, thanks to The Bearded Avenger, South Coast Jolly Boys Day Out 20/09/2025.
Hazed orange with a good sized white cap that thins to a swirl.
Nose is bitter orange, grass, melon, mandarin.
Taste comprises bitter orange, grass, pine nip, straw, melon.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close with a light bitter edge.
Fine.
