Collaboration with Irrational Brewing
We decided to go over the top with this one and brew a big ol’ TDH West Coast DIPA. For the base, it was a no-brainer to use 100% Hogarth Malt since both our breweries are huge fans of their top-quality malts. The hop blend leans super heavy into Idaho 7 with Simcoe and Krush Cryo playing the supporting roles. Expect aggressive notes of fresh apricot, giggle grass, and some light melon character.

This one is the grand slam for these guys. Big grapefruit. Clear golden pour with decent sopa bubbles, some lacing. Bitter end. Great balance. Some sour lemon on aftertaste. Tap at brewery.
