22/8/2025. Cask at the 46th Peterborough Beer Festival. Sweet, malty, citrus aroma. Not bad.

On cask up the White Lady.
Appearance - cloudy orange to amber. Neat, creamy white head.
Nose - brown bread, caramel and burnt toast.
Taste - burnt toffee and charred toast. Stewed apple and burnt orange.
Palate - light to medium bodied, creamy then bitter malt finish which just avoids astringency.
Overall - decent.

Cask up the White Lady. Pours clear golden with a thin white head. Aromas of light malt, caramel and citrus. Taste is citrus and biscuit. Fruity, light bitter finish.
