0.5l bottle, thx Fil! Lightly hazy golden body, off-white head, gone soon. Bacony aroma, lightly lightly tart maybe, smooth, okay. Lean, dry taste, smooth, smoked fish, smoked plums, dry, bitterish, quite okay!

Bananig-rauchiger Beginn. Angenehm hefig, eher trockene Herbe, süßlich, hintergründig etwas Nelke. Spritzig, der zwischenzeitlich aufkommende Hopfen verschwindet schnell wieder. Rund, die Rauchnoten bleiben verhalten. Nett. 7/9/9/8/8/9

Fles gedeeld met Roelzie. Het is troebel oranje bruin bier met een medium witte schuimkraag. Het heeft een rokerige geur. De smaak is vol rokerig en zacht zoet en een hint bacon.

0.5 l bottle from 'Bierothek' (online), best before July 2026. Hazy, golden amber with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Slightly sweetish, gently smoky, quite yeasty-spicy and moderately fruity aroma of clove, banana, smoked ham and some lemon peel. Gently sweet, moderately bitter, quite smoky, moderately fruity and quite yeasty-spicy taste of banana, clove, honey, smoked ham and lemon peel, followed by a medium long, gently bitter, quite yeasty-spicy finish. Medium to full body, smooth and quite effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Pleasant Rauchweizen, not as aggressive as the one from Schlenkerla, rather well-balanced with everything well-integrated.

Hazy yellow colour with medium white head.Aroma of yeast and spices good note of smoked like bacon and banana chips medium body and good refreshing mouth feels nice by style beer.

Tap at Fränkisches Bierfest. Cloudy golden, white head. Metallic smoke, dry banana and vanilla, dry wood, light algae, umami, salty, low dough retronasal. Lichtenhainer sensibilities. Very drinkable in the heat.

Tap at Fränkisches Bierfest. Cloudy opaque banana golden. Salty, burned, ash. Salty, slightly banana. Tastes like a goose. I like this very much, I am just surprised to find this in a Rauchweizen.
