Big malt flavor but drinks a little on the dry side.

On tap at the restaurant. Pours a clear, dark, brown color, with a big, dense, tan head. The nose is vanilla, walnut, mild caraway, and caramel. Sweet and malty, with no real bitterness. Medium body, syrupy, and dusty. Easy and pretty nice.

0.33 bottle. The buckled glass bear was a gift. Deep chocolate brown color, opaque. Brownish white head, moderately dense. The aroma is dried fruit, delicate, cognac-like, a little restrained, you don't feel much alcohol. Medium-bodied, but very complex in taste, raisins, dried plums, caramel, great. In addition to the weak acidity, all the goat's-eye notes are felt, and the alcohol is barely noticeable. Outstanding beer. I'm glad we met :)

Ajándék volt a csatos üveges medve. Mély csokibarna szín, átláthatatlan. Habja barnásfehér, közepesen tömör. Illata aszalt gyümölcsös, finom, konyakos, picit visszafogott, -alkoholt annyira nem érezni. Közepesen testes, de ízre nagyon komplex, mazsolás, aszalt szilvás, karamelles, remek. A gyenge szensavasság mellett minden bak-jegy érződik, az alkohol pedig alig. Kiemelkedő sör. Örülök hogy találkoztunk:)

Tap at Kangurah, Vienna, 13th March 19. Pours a dark chestnut brown, lovely thick foamy head. Aroma is dark caramel, black treacle and molasses, taste is black treacle, Caramel, but there is some bitterness, also sweet, finish is smokey and malty, sweet and rounded, very good.

Draft at Kanguruh. Dark brown almost black color, tan head. Nice aroma of espresso grounds and unsweetened cocoa. Taste is earthy cocoa and coffee, almost like a dry stout with lighter body. Very nice.

Bottle from Beer Lovers, Vienna. Pours dark brown with a maroon tint and a short lasting off-white to beige head. Aroma of milk chocolate, sweet malt, toffee, dried fruits, light toasting, nut, coffee and veg. Medium sweetness, light bitterness. Full bodied, slick texture, average carbonation. Sweet, sticky finish. Pretty good beer overall.
