A modern grisette-style saison brewed for refreshment and low strength. Hallertau Blanc hops add white grape and herbal character over a lean, dry malt base. Brewed to be light, zesty, and thirst-quenching with subtle saison yeast complexity.

Kwg at Craft Beer Co St Mary Axe. Slightly opaque gold. Thick foamy white head. Aroma has light sherbert and light soft yeast. Flavourwise it's bitter - herbs and resin and vinous. Light. Thin. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. Decent light stuff.

Can thanks to Lewis.
Appearance - pale lemon and murky. Big fluffy white head.
Nose - candied lemon, banana, sweet spice and just an edge of yeasty funk.
Taste - candied lemon, heading into sherbet, light green herb and dry wheat.
Palate - very refreshing indeed, bitterness and tangy. Light bodied.
Overall - very good!
