A couple months ago, Kyle from Horus Aged Ales came out to make a beer and throw some discs. We brought in some new Zumo hops for the brew, but unfortunately they arrived a couple days too late. Naturally, we had to make another! We opted for a single IPA this time, and paired the Zumo with some Mosiac, Simcoe, and Columbus Cryo in the dry hop. Clean, clear, dank, piney, citrusy, this one has everything we like about West Coast IPAs.

Draft at University of Beer in Vacaville, CA. Pours gold with a slight white head. Aroma is very citrus pine. Medium body or better. Dry and bitter. Pale is barely detectable. Flavor is nearly dank citrus pine. It is like pinecones. Most excellent flavor.
