An ode to our location in Lawrenceville, originally built in 1872, we bring you Charlotte Street. Pouring a pale straw yellow with a fluffy white head the stage is set. A new age pilsner starting with the best Pilsner malt available, adding classic German Mittelfruh then adding a late kettle hop of Strata. The result is a nice, light tropical fruit nose, crackery sweet mouthfeel and a crisp sharp hop finish. At only 4.4% this is a beer to lubricate conversation and delight the senses. Enjoy!
