AAPI Month is special to us and we wanted to start a new yearly beer tradition to kick off the Summer months. We dove into the traditional Belgian Ales and decided to put our own spin on an old world recipe.
Built on a grist of Belgian Pilsner Malt, we added a nice portion of Jasmine Rice and one of our favorite expressive Belgian yeast strains. We then hopped Akari with Contessa and Citra. While drinking you will find notes of Lemongrass, Lychee, Citrus and Clove

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 3 | Flavor - 3 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 3.5
Yellow gold with an enormous foamy white head. Grainy and phenolic with cooked rice and an off note. Medium finish and body.
