Sampled from the the tap at the brewpub. Pours near black with a gray head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has roast and earthy dark grains with a bit of chocolate supporting. Flavor has strong roast and earthy dark grains with a bit of chocolate and bread backing.
