For generations the recipe of Görchlabier has always been passed on from father to son. It is a naturally cloudy, unfiltered ''Landbier'' with hops and malt from controlled cultivation. With an original wort content of 12.8% and an alcohol content of 4.9%, it is stored for at least 8 weeks before it is served in our brewery inn or sold in swing top bottles.
