The song was as beautiful as it was unexpected. As far as I’d ever heard, Gargoyles could barely manage more than a grunt at their most eloquent. What inspired such sweet music, I’ll never know. And, of course, I killed them all the same (too risky not too), but that Gargoyle Love Song stays with me to this very day. Aged in Bourbon barrels with an addition of Premium Vanilla Beans, Gargoyle Love Song is an American Imperial Stout. Complex flavor balance between the sweet and the robust intense characteristics of dark malts.
