For Hop Shindig, we sourced freshly-kilned, whole Cascade and Centennial hops from CLS Farms in Yakima, WA. This "Celebratory" IPA is an ode to one of our favorite holiday ales but with a more hop-focused leaning. Look for complex layers of citrus and pine with an almost fresh hop finish and a minimal malt background just substantial enough to remind you of the snowy-cabin-in-the-woods season.
