Wheatwine-style ale fermented with McIntosh apples and aged in apple brandy barrels

Our love for alternative ingredients and fresh sources of fermentable sugars, in conjunction with our affinity for unique barrel selection, inspired us to concoct this crisp blend. An experiment in co-fermentation — our Bruers let this blend age in Copper & Kings apple brandy barrels for over a year. With no added adjuncts post-aging, this is purely wort, fruit, and wood.
