Mixed fermentation by yeasts of Belgian and wild origin presents in oak vats. After 4 months, the maturation continues in oak barrels for another 12 months in which it takes place a lactic refermentation after the addition of caramelized sugar and lactobacillus. Finally it receives a generous quantity of cherries thus completing its 20 months of refinement.
