Bourbon Barrel Aged Mean Mallow Bean (aka: Mallow) is an imperial stout aged for 10 months in bourbon barrels. We added marshmallow and vanilla beans to it to create a rich and smooth flavor making a great beer to sip on next to a roaring fire.
