Sparkling cider made of Swedish apples (Ribston, Husmor, Holsteiner) from orchards around Stockholm, seasoned with foraged wild seedling apples (5%). With seven weeks of maceration in the pulp, Brute call this their “orange” cider. Full bodied, smokey and tropical in the vein of pineapple and passionfruit.
