Cider from the Chopin variety is produced according to the traditional Pét-Nat method, used in the production of natural ciders in Normandy and Brittany and in the production of sparkling wines. For production, we used freshly pressed apple juice from selected apples grown in our orchard, without the addition of water, sweeteners or carbon dioxide.
