Blend 1: 18 month old Danish Wild Ale blended with stevnsbær cherry juice and matured on Tahitian vanilla beans and Ceylon cinnamon sticks. Fusing age old tradition with flavors of the world.
Aged for 18 months.
Blend 2: Danish Wild Ale with Cherries and Vanilla Beans.
Our beloved Kriek, refermented with 50% Stevnsbær cherry juice, and then rested upon copious amount of Tahitian and Bourbon vanilla beans.
Aged for 36 months.
