Zoe is a beautiful sour amber beer blended from one, two and five-year-old ales from our Chianti fouder solera.
Lasting white head and aromas of bread crust, fresh butter and white wine going into toffee and red currants. The palate is sweet and tart with light caramel, unripe strawberry and white pepper. Medium-bodied with crisp dry finish and lingering acidity.
