Our ‘DNA’ beer – ‘Saison Provision’, has now (2020) returned to its original format, bottle conditioned in 750ml Champagne bottles. This is the first release and sees the beer maturing an extra 2 months in bottle prior to release. This tavern strength farmhouse beer is fermented with our house mixed fermentation culture of saison yeast and a blend of Lactobacillus and Brettonamyces.
