For this Oude Rabarberlambik, we macerated local rhubarb on very old lambik, after which we let the rhubarb lambik age even more on an oak barrel before kegging it. In total, we used five different lambik brews originating from three different barrels. The weighted average age of this rhubarb lambik is more than 47 months. The final intensity of this ‘fruit’ is 275 grams per litre. 100% 3 Fonteinen.
