Our good bud JC Hill flew down from @alvaradostreetbrewery a few weeks ago and we totally hung out for the day! We brewed up this huge hoppy beer together, talked shop, drank a bunch of beers, played some ping pong, and then went to this super sweet Izakaya spot for dinner. He sent us down some of his super hard to get Riwakwa hops from New Zealand for us to use in the dry hop, and then we blended together 3 different lots of Citra in with it to hit that profile just right.

But how does it taste? It’s full-bodied, with a huge juiciness that tastes more like Kern’s Apricot Nectar, than Kern’s Apricot Nectar even tastes like Kern’s Apricot Nectar!! Sure there’re other things going on, but that Kerns thing is really all that matters. Show Less
