This is our 3rd time making this beer, but this time using our freshie lot of hand selected 2022 Nelson Sauvin from the homies @freestylefarms . The Nelson they put out just gets better every year, with tis year it being the most specialist yet! This Nelson helps create a flavor profile of yummy ripe guava, Oro Blanco Grapefruit, NZ Sauv Blanc, and Cotton Candy.
