我們立志要做一系列味道突出但不標奇立異、溫柔而層次豐富的啤酒。釀酒師透過不斷嘗試、調配、品嚐以及改良，以傳統方法加入創新的元素，去釀製屬於我們的啤酒，希望大家也能喝出我們的個性及誠意。
